NO BOYS ALLOWED

With the guys up here doing their MAN thing, the ladies needed decided we needed some LADY time.

NO BOYS ALLOWED.

Because obviously, boys drool, and girls rule.

As I've mentioned in years past, there really isn't a thriving metropolis around here, unless we want to hit the bar at the end of the road. Like, there are no malls here. A MOMENT OF SILENCE PLEASE.

But Pam, had the idea of hitting up a little petting zoo thingy. And for Michigan, the temps have been extremely mild, so being outdoors worked.

Besides animals to pet, they had a sweet little store that had lots of yummy treats.

But we didn't spend much time inside, because there were animals that needed to be fed!

Hope thought these goats were hilarious!

But she was intimidated by the bigger guys

So she stuck to the little dudes.

For a little joint stuck in a small town, I was really impressed with all the different animals they had. And I felt sorry for some of them, like this little guy.

But it was really neat they had real-live reindeer!

And Hope was so bummed we didn't bring along any of our "reindeer food" to give to them.

Mom, this one is just for you!

I guess I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised, and so was Hope.

She played her little heart out.

Such sweet memories made with her mommy and Meemaw.

                                                                    A good day indeed!

                                                                  Without any stinky boys.

* Side note, I apologize if some of these blog posts are turning out ghetto. I'm using Paul's computer, which is the equivalent of using a stone tablet and chisel.

  1. That reindeer is just too precious. That looks like my kind of store. And... what did those northerners thing of Hope's bow?
