Phone dump

Working and blogging, do not always go hand-n-hand.

 Or maybe it's because I go to bed so freakishly early, and if I could just manage to stay awake, oh say, past TEN, I might be able to do more posts. 

But I have come to a conclusion: something has to give. 

So at times, it will be my blog posts. 

I decided tonight to do a phone dump of sorts, mostly pics from my Instagram account, but one other treasure thrown in too. 

Some of our family members aren't on Instagram, and I know they would like seeing these pictures too. 

Nathan posted this pic last week, and I almost lost my cookies. Please tell me I can reach in this picture and pick up that little girl....

Because in just a few short years, they change so much.

 I'm so fortunate that I work for a great boss! She let me leave so I could have a special lunch with Hope yesterday for Thanksgiving. It was pretty yummy, but portion sizes could have fed an Olsen twin.

Which I really know ticked Paul off, he called me and said "that was enough to just make me angry."
HA HA HA.

Only 17 days left!

It's Tuesday night and I'm ready to go to bed, but I know of at least 4 people who want an update (HI MOM AND DAD!) so I'm doing my best to get a post ready. But it's gonna be lame-ola. 

Um, so life is just busy. 

We still make some time for play.  But mostly these days it feels like all we do is work, homework, and ball games. 

 I've noticed a shift at work, and everyone seems to be in the mode to be done with the year, especially  now that the weather has warmed up. We get outside for our lunch break, and everyone just talks about how ready they are.

And now that we see the date on the calendar...

I gotta say the excitement is in the air.

17 school days left! HOLLA.

Phone dump

Once I finally got rid of my GHETTO-BERRY, a whole new world opened up.  

Although, I generally don't understand any of it, I just know that I love my i-phone! I do all kinds of things with it, but by far I take waaaaay too many pictures on it. It seems my life is on that phone now.

And seeing as I have at least 8 people interested in my life, I shall share. (I tease. I love you my loyal bloggy people! LOVE!) 

On my phone you will find...

My adorable lunch date. SERIOUSLY. I know I'm her mom and all, but she's cute. 

My insatiable need for McDonald's diet cokes. They may be causing gout, dementia, and rickets, but I just can't quit.

Or how about every morning when I go in to wake up Hope, she's down UNDER her covers. 

Or this scary sight....

We've got two boys getting pumped for deer season, and causing me freakish nightmares.

And I will end my phone dump with this beauty right here.

Headed to the land of milk and honey.

A surprise trip up North is in the works today. I was sad that I wouldn't be seeing my mom this Mother's Day, but Brittany has to go to Louisville for a wedding shower and offered us a ride up. So, we will cross that line, and head to the Hoosier state, where the milk and honey flow, and HOOSIERS are proud. HOO-HOO-HOO-HOOSIERS. 

Short trip this time, but I get to see my family and friends for a bit. So I will call it good.

Life according to the cell phone

I do believe that I've seen people out in the blog world, do a Friday photo dump? Put all their cell phone pics in some kind of cute collage and ta da! You have a cutsie post! Now you all know my knowledge of computer stuff stopped around Windows 99, and also considering my cell phone is kinda ghetto, there will be no cute collages. But I'm dumping them none the less.
