**Hope is sleeping in a "big girl" bed.

**Pierce told me "I just want to play alone for a while mom"


**Crazy the difference a year can make....of course MANY milestones still lie ahead, BUT my children are growing up :(

Is it really going to be this easy??

I decided Tuesday afternoon to start potty training Hope. It's Friday and she pretty much has it down. I am amazed, stunned, shocked...you get the point.

This morning when she woke up she said "I need to pee-pee, I want privathy" (yes, she said it like I spelled it, she has a little lisp) marched herself in the bathroom, shut the door, and did her business. She's even been doing the "big stuff" ...TMI??

I'm sure there will be some accidents, but I think she's got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I decided to start working with Hope today on potty training.

We've already had a few successes!!!!

I guess maybe she's been watching her brother a little too close....

Today after she peed on the potty, she tried to 'shake it'

So, we had to have a lesson on what little girls do and don't do....GEEZ!!!

A little b-day party action...

Sunday night, we went to my mom and dad's for a birthday party. We celebrated my dad's, Christopher's (my nephew) and Jaclyn's (Christopher's fiance) We had lots of yummy food, and desserts and hung like a family does......bummer was Paul wasn't able to make it, he got sick early Sunday morning.......and then on the way home, I hit something and my tire blew out, so it made for a VERY INTERESTING evening....here's a look at some of the fun.
