A major countdown to summer

I will eventually stop talking about working. 

But not today. 

I'm finding my groove and I really like my job, but my job this week? 

Trust me and my happy face, it's been GREAT! With lots of cards, gifts, long lunches, and treats. But don't be surprised when I soon tip the scale at 609 pounds. 

Other than work it's just the usual around here.

Most nights are filled with games or practices, and most mornings are filled with unexpected faces. Why this still surprises me, I'm not sure....but according to Hope she needs to sleep with us, because she 'hears footprints in her room'.

But you know, I don't mind one iota.

The only other thing to report?

We are on a major countdown to summer.

I really cannot wait to spend more time with the kids.  Especially time not spent rushing from one place to the next, or homework to do, or blah, blah, blah.....

I just want time with these two kids.
