So last weekend was the big sectional win, and errrrbody was all happy and living on a sports glory high.
But winning sectionals means moving on up, and hopefully winning regionals. Could they pull off beating not one team, but two, and somehow head to semi-state?
Everyone was hopeful, but really unsure...
First game: Borden wins by one point
Second game: Borden wins by one point
I am not even kidding.
It's almost like they set out and say, "hey let's make it as close as possible so we can give all those old people in the stands a bunch of strokes."
But would you believe it?
THEY WON!
Only two times in the school's history have they made it this far.
This is a big deal.

And check this, I am coming too! I'm headed up Thursday for my impending engagement, and decided to just go and stay up there for the game. I'm pulling the kids out of school, and Tracey and Jami are even going! If you could see me right now, you would see my dancing in my chair.

Good Luck to Borden!! I will be at that game but I will be cheering on the second game Jeff High, my high school. That was also one great game with IU!!

I thought of you as soon as I heard Borden was headed to the semi-state. I will definitely be cheering for them on Saturday!
