I am home from Indiana, where I just had an amazing weekend. My weekend had ALL the elements: laughter, tears, suspense, elation, and maybe even a little heartbreak.
You see, there was this business of getting engaged, and well, that may have not turned out as I had planned.....whateves. I've decided to forgive him. For now. One day he will come to his senses.
But anyways, back to the weekend at hand. The night I had been planning on for months! And I came prepared...
You know sometimes you have to make sure people know you are certifiable.
So with that fact established, Jo and I had time to kill.
Actually, it seems we killed time most of the day.
And guess what you do when you have lots of time on your hands and only two people at an event? You take way too many pictures is what you do.
But thankfully there's this fun thing that happens at concerts.
You run into people you know!
And in a flurry of excitement, you scream and attack them whilst half of your items fall out of your purse.
The way I attacked Jami you would have thought I hadn't seen her in 24 years.
Listen, I was excited.
So after the last picture was taken, we finally headed to our seats.
WHERE WE HAD MORE TIME TO KILL. But guess what?
HE WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
As you can see we weren't super close to the stage
But still good seats.
And let me tell you something right now
They still got it.
I sang out as loud as I could all night long, and don't think I ever sat down.
Yes indeedy, they will always be my favorite.
And this will go down as one of my favorite nights e-ver.
