My favorite Easter activity

Easter 2013 has come and gone, and it was a jam-packed one. In fact it was so packed, that I've decided to break up the day into three separate posts.  Yipee for you.

You know there really isn't a ton to say about Easter itself: We went to church, we had way too much delicious food, and then there was the usual Easter hoopla.

Such as waking up early to see if  you got a basket.

And wearing your Santa pajamas while doing your Easter activities.

Note, they BOTH have on Christmas related pajamas. I suppose a better mom would have had them in spring-like jammies. Whateves.

Anyways, there was also the usual egg hunt stuff...

The weather finally straightened out and we could do it outside.

I wondered if Pierce would still be interested in doing it

And thankfully they are both still very interested in this sort of thing.

Maybe eggs loaded with treasure has something to do with that?

But the Easter activity I love the most?

Dressing up my babes for church.

And then taking WAY too many pictures.

In general about 75% of them turn out something like this one.

I always tell them one day they will appreciate this

But as of right now, I think I'm the only one enjoying this.

Listen, seersucker shorts and big bows will only last so much longer.

And even if they do break out into dance when I promise them, ONLY ONE MORE PICTURE!

It's still my favorite.

The kids looked adorable as usual. Love Hope's outfit change. Oh, and Cameron wore Thanksgiving pajamas on Easter.
